The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city, and the afternoon tea experience was good, especially with the lovely surprise from Gianluca. The gorgeous setting made it nice!

My stay at the starhotels collezione was much better than my last experience in siena! The location is perfect for walking to major attractions, and the staff were friendly and accommodating The room was comfortable and the service made navigating the area a breeze.

shower temperature fluctuated too much

Our Superior Double Room was nice and comfy. The bed and pillows were really great, and we loved the view over Siena. The room was a bit small, but the vibe felt royal, like being in a palace. Lots of cool amenities, like complimentary water and nice robes. But breakfast service was a bit lacking, felt a little rushed and unfriendly.

great ambiance but needs better shower

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. I loved the wine experience. the cellar had a charming ambiance that added to our visit. The food in the lobby restaurant was delightful, making every meal a treat.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We explored the beautiful piazza and attended a delightful wine tasting in the hotel’s cellars. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was super helpful with recommendations. The valet parking made things easier, especially coming in at night. Definitely check out the dinner voucher. we loved it!

Magnificent property, comfortable room, the breathtaking view from the balcony and the extensive breakfast options provided an incredible start to the day.

Everything was top-notch.

The location offered fantastic convenience with valet service, making it easy to access the hotel without the hassle of lugging luggage through narrow streets. The attentive service provided was reminiscent of luxury establishments, ensuring a memorable experience. However, despite a comfortable bed, the initial room assigned was noisy and cramped, detracting from the overall satisfaction. The delay in receiving courteously offered amenities felt inconsiderate and diminished the experience.

starhotels collezione had an amazing staff who went above and beyond, especially in caring for my handicapped mother. the deluxe double room on the 4th floor had a perfect view of the rooftops and two bathrooms, making our stay very comfortable. it's centrally located for easy access to explore the city.

Charming historic vibes, but needs help

This hotel has a really timeless charm and you can feel the history everywhere! The location is spot on for checking out all the sights in Siena, but the rooms are super outdated and crowded with barely any luggage space. Also, the bathroom had a sewage smell, which was kinda gross. The breakfast was decent though!
